Hard sell cloud madness

Every time i Open PS Beta 26.1  i get this 
" offer " from Adobe about extending my plan . 
Evry time i check " dont show this again " box. 
And it shows up time after time.

Drives me crazy !
any suggestions how to stop it ? 
Should be illegal.
