How can i do multi saving quickly? (read for detail)

hi. everyday i have to do and repeat a SAME saving process. i have a psd that contain 3 size (ig post, ig story, youtube). i do update smart objects to do edits on all 3 size. so far its ok. but now i have to save this 3 size (3 group layers) separately with SAVE FOR WEB with 200kb maximum size. so, what i do is:

1. i merge all layers

2. i select a gorup mask and copy it (to copy just one size)

3. i open new tab and past it

4. ctrl+shift+alt+s (save for web window) 

5. then click on menu and optimazi size to i set 200kb maximum and then save!!

and i have to repeat this steps for all 3 size, and then. next psd and next psd and keep doing this all day

so can you offer me a better and quicker way? for example is there anyway than i can make this 3 group to 3 tab without step 1+2+3? or is there anyway to set a action or script to do this steps even optimaze file size all to gether and automatic? (i test action but it dosent record optimazi size in saveforweb window)
