How good will PS GenAI / Firefly actually get?

Whilst I'm glad that Firefly's data is sourced ethically (well you could argue that it isnt, seeing as Adobe Stock contains imagery from other AI tools...) it makes me wonder if Firefly will really have the potential to compete with the likes of Midjourney and Stable Diffusion etc in terms of image quality.

As extensive as Adobe Stock is, it is nowhere near as huge as the datasets that the other AI tools have been trained on (i.e. basically everything on the internet), so will Firefly really be able to compete?

It's a little hard to judge at the minute as it is still early days for Firefly, so I wouldn't expect it to be at the same level as the others just yet, but I wonder how good can it really get?
