How to set Photoshop: After opening a picture, 100%will be displayed automatically?

You can use the Script Events Manager.

1. record an action that puts the document view at 100% by making an action named whatever you want

  (i used just a simple 100)

   use Insert Menu Item to record View>100%

2.  go to File>Scripts>Script Events Manager and click Enable Events, select Photoshop Event>Open Document, add

     your  Action and click Add and then Done
