How to Use the Live Co-Editing Feature in Photoshop Beta

Myself and two other forum regulars did some early testing, but I have a feeling the details have changed.  Anyway,  open a document, and click on Share top right corner of the UI.

In the Share dialog, click on Copy Link.  Send the link to the person you are co-editing with.  When we did it, we are in regular email contact, so we arranged it all and set up a time — we are in three time zones!  The file needs to be saved to your Creative Cloud space, and set to share.  Then you have to invite co-editors, and set up a time.

I think it is an amazing feature.  We can use it for training, as in helping each other.  We were using Adobe Connect to speak to each other via headsets.  We could see what the other two people were doing to the file with layers highlighted.  As I remember it, were were able to undo some of what another co-editor had done, but only to a limited point.  If we were able to do it with three people, then I wonder if there is a limit.  You could have a class with people all over the world, so long as time zones worked out.   Or you could discuss a project with a client/art director in real time, and make live edits.  We suggested that whoever initiates a session should be able to lock layers etc.  because you can imagine it going pear shaped if people with misplaced confidence dived in and created mayhem.
