HowTo make saveforweb settings to all slices + HowTo not save autoslices

hi. i made 4 slice in my psd. but i have 2 problem while saving them

1. when i create 4 slice, there are many autoaslice (gray) that exports in saveforweb saving. how can i export JUST MY SLICES, not autoslices too

2. in saveforweb window i can set Maximum file size to a 200kb for example but i need select slices one by one and do this. isnt there anyway to set maximum file size to all slices with one step?
