Hue & Saturation Panel Color Circles not showing correct colors

This is a known issue that will be fixed in an upcoming release.

Temporarily disable the new UI:

• Go to Preferences → Technology Previews → uncheck "Enable Modern User Interface"
• Restart Photoshop
• The legacy Hue/Saturation dialog will then be used, which displays the color circles correctly

This is obviously not ideal since it disables other new UI improvements as well, but it's the only option until the fix lands in an upcoming Beta build.
