I am not offered Photoshop Beta 26.10

No matter what I do, I am not offered Photoshop Beta 26.10. It is maddening. I have been waiting for WEEKS. What is going on?

Here is a screenshot showing today's date (8/26) and the available beta version (26.9). HELP!

When you open Photoshop beta, do you see the white on orange Update Available pop-up message?

If you open your current Photoshop beta and go Help > System Info what version are you seeing?

Adobe Photoshop Version: 26.11.0 m.3189

If you are definitely not up to date, what steps have you tried to get it to update?

Something that might work is signing out and back in to the Creative Cloud App.

Hi there. Thanks for responding. To answer your questions:

1) I do not see a white/orange Update Available pop-up when I open Photoshop beta.
2) When I go to Help > System info, the version listed is 26.9.0 20250724.m.3159 366af7c x64 (beta, PublicBeta).
3) Steps: I have signed in and out of Creative Cloud so many times. I have restarted, of course, but nothing I do gives me the option to update to 26.10.

The updates available to me are below. Thanks so much for your help. I'm really wanting to get to the new features!
