I am unable to use command and clone tool to sample and area of my file

Since upgrading to Sonoma 14.1, (adobe 25.2) I am using I am not able to use the command key, the option key or the shift key when editing. I use Wacom with tylus and gestures. It worked fine in Ventura, but not now

    I can remember a simila issue way back that turned out to be linked with a Wacom driver, try rolling back your Wacom driver and see if that helps.
