I can't even click on the glass effect.

I used the glass filter in the parameters tab.
It was working at first. I can't click anymore.
I deleted and reinstalled. I restarted the computer.
I changed the working file.
while other parameter filters are running. I can't even click on the glass effect.

    Neural and Parametric filters are heavy on system resources, and an aging computer might not work well with them.  I was forced to change my six year old system earlier this year because those functions caused it to crash every time I tried to use them.

     

    Can you open Photoshop and go Help > System Info > Copy and paste to this thread.  That will give us an idea where you stand.
