I can't remove Photoshop (beta)

I can't remove Photoshop (beta). There is nothing to add. Just check the image below.

No need to explain why. I understand that this is because the Update failed. In the POV of Adobe, I must re-install \ update windows to uninstall Photoshop (beta). Isn't this weird logic?

I could go to C:\Program Files.... but removing it in this way may cause new issues. Please, let me know how to uninstall it correctly, without updating Windows from 10 to 11. Thank you.
