I cant to use this app.

Greetings. When I installed this program for the first time (yesterday), I was given a trial period of 7 days. For technical reasons, I could not launch the application, it gave out some kind of error and I decided to reinstall it the next day along with creative cloud services. Now I don't have a trial period, is it possible to solve this problem somehow?

Sorry, but i dont remember. I tried to write to the support service, but I didn't understand how to do it and decided to write the next day, but after reinstalling the error disappeared, exactly like the trial period.

Hi @esc31826541tnf9 unfortunately if your trial has expired, there is no way to allow an extension. What was the specific error message you were receiving?
