I get "browser not supported" on Chrome b100 for MacOS

i cant seem to get access to the beta. I have a current CC subscription, Chrome b100.xx for MacOS Catalina. I shut down my open Adobe Apps (PS, AI, ID). What am I missing?

It is possible you don't have the correct system requirements. Please view this information and see if this might be the issue.

Dowloaded MS Edge for MacOS and it worked. Still no way to get it to work on Chrome

Sorry about the browser support message, sounds like you have a version that should work. Were you using an incognito browser tab I wonder?

 

If you still have this error with Chrome 100, try pulling down a log file and sharing that with us:

Google Chrome:

  1. Open the top-right Chrome menu, then in More Tools find and select Developer Tools.
  2. In the Developer Tools that show on the right, click the Console tab at the top.
  3. Right-click within the Console panel and choose Save As…
  4. Save the .log file on your computer so you can share it.

 

Share that over and we'll pass it on to the team for investigation.
