literally just clicked a file and suddenly I was opening it and something crashed. Again forever happy to pay a subscription for a program that only gets worse

What browser and version are you using, have you tried another browser? Are you able to open any files or is the issue only with this one? Does your computer meet the specs for Ps on web?
