Image corrupts when imported into PS Beta

I am editing base edits/corrections in Capture One (latest updated version). Historically, in order to remove distractions in the image and do a general clean up I have used PS Beta. The process is select 'Edit With' in C1, select PS Beta, the image exports as a TIFF file, open in PS and I use the Remove function successfully.  I have a small break from the Adobe eco system (a few months), restarted my account, updated all applications and when using the above process today I see a corruption in the image (see attached files). Interestingly, the corruption is not something that has ever been in the original image. Other images seem to be exporting OK.... any ideas to resolve this as I'm keen to use this image.
