images are flashing on one of 2 dual screen setup, same it the latest version of photoshop , 2 4k monitors.

Can you try checking "Deactivate Native Canvas" found in Preferences > Technology Previews and let us know if that resolves it for you?

Hi Pete

Thanks, that work! not only that, it also resolved a long term issue i had where the ruler would cut down throught my images half way accross  my second 4k screen on the right which was a major annoyance.
