Sharing your work just got way faster. With new & improved Quick Share capabilities via the Share button, you can now share your images without ever leaving Photoshop.

Quick Sharing

  1. Share your files directly using your Mac or Windows native share options, be it AirDrop, Mail, Nearby Sharing & a lot more. No need to export files to your system first. This is available for JPG, PNG & PSD formats.
  2. You can also just click & copy your images to the clipboard, perfect for quick pastes into chat apps, docs or presentations
  3. Quick Export is now just a click away via the Share buttonYou can change formats (PNG, JPG or GIF) with custom settings via Menu > Preferences > Export

Share to Slack

Connect your Slack workspace & share images directly to channels, group chats or DMs, all without leaving Photoshop.

Note: During login, be sure to select your correct Slack workspace from the top-right in your browser window to avoid issues.

Try it out & let us know what you think in the comments.

Thank you!

Which Mac version will bring this back?

As of 26.4.0 it's still missing (latest non-beta release as of 09/09/2025). Thx.

Hey, Quick Share is available on both Mac and Windows starting with Photoshop version 26.9. If you’re still unable to access it after updating, please let me know.

Thanks for that info. Looks like Creative Cloud is busted for me and has
not been properly updating my Photoshop... I am still on 26.4.0. 🤦‍♂

I have just tried using this tool and found another way to transfer a file from Photoshop to Lightroom. The file from Photoshop ended up in Lightroom creating a new catalog Lightroom. I will be using it, thanks.
