installation error

Good morning, I do the installation and when I open it, a yellow window appears on the right side asking to update.
The BETA version that my imac team allows to install is 24.0, but when opening it, none of the BETA news appears, the contextual taskbar does not appear.
what solution can you give me? Other than having to buy a new computer?
