    It sounds like you might be using the Beta version which is time limited, for testing. The pop up is there to remind you to update to the latest Beta. Adobe always want Beta users on the latest Beta version in order that feedback, which is the purpose of the Beta release, is based on that latest version. The notice cannot be overridden.
