Latest beta update screwed up colors, everything is tinted green

@Kaotika the team was wondering what happens if you restart Ps after toggling UseHDR on and off, what happens or what do you see on each of these?

Yeah, I know the drivers are relatively old, but they work fine until the latest update on the beta with everything I'm using (and still work with everything else).

For HDR, everything enabled in Windows settings including Auto HDR for applicable software. Photoshop 24.7 Release with all the latest updates works still fine with it. 25.0 Beta branch worked until the latest update. Nothing else has changed.
