Manually Resizing Window Stretches and Compresses Photo

Question

Not an easy one to describe so I attached a quick video clip. Manually resizing a window after the latest Photoshop Beta update stretches and compresses the project, and as an unwanted bonus, sections of the image come and go in the background. I've searched for a relevant port and tried toggling on and off just about every related Preference, any suggestions would be appreciated.

OK, that's wierd. I'd be inclined to go straight tpo a manual Preference reset, but I am not especially confident it's going to fix this right off the bat.

What I think might be more sucessful is Deactivate native Canvas. I have never seen your particular glitch reported before, but that does seem to work with all sorts of display related issues.
