Question

Menus frozen

I just duplicated the Background layer of this iPhone photo of the eclipse in preparation for editing the pixilation.  As soon as I did the menus stopped responding.  I clicked Filter and nothing then I tried the other drop down menus and they were not dropping down either.  Keyboard shortcuts and tools were still working.  I quit the program.  I am now updating and will see if it works properly.

Ared you there wasn't a box waiting for a response?  Hitting Escape a couple of times would close that if that's what was going on, and that includes the Update Available dialog.

My guess is that it is fine after the update, and would have been with just a restart.

Hi @Papa01 make sure you are on the latest Ps beta: Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.7.0 20240406.m.2575 76b7a88 arm64

Do you have the same issue with Ps release version?

Thanks,

I update almost every time I see the little orange box saying an update is available.  I am on 25.7.0. This problem has happened in previous versions also.
