Neural filter crashes Photoshop Beta

The last few versions of Photoshop Beta (I'm currently on Ver 26.10.0.) have a problem opening neural filters. The neural filters don't load and the program crashes and can't be closed. I have to go to Task Manager to turn off Photoshop Beta. Neural filter works fine however in the regular Photoshop 26.9.0. This has been a problem in the last two versions of Photoshop Beta. Any ideas? (I uninstalled Beta and reinstalled to no avail.)

Strangely, if I open up Parametric filters first and then click on Neural Filters, the neural filter window opens and works properly. ???
