Neural filters not detecting faces

PS Beta and PS non Beta now seems to no longer detect faces within Neural filters, but does so in the main canvas.  Have tried flattened images, from a variety of sources, and ones which have worked before.  Have totally uninstalled and cleared all preferences and settings and redownloaded neural filters from scratch too. GPU disabled makes no difference either, just simply will not detect faces within Neural filters
