No Beta apps tab on Creative Cloud

I have no beta apps tab in creative cloud.

I've seen previous posts where its advised to delete the service config file, I've checked the location and I don't have a service config file or configs folder in Adobe\OOBE\Configs\ServiceConfig.xml

I'm on mac.

same here, the support tried to remote-fix it for 1,5 hours, no success at all.

Yeah, that happens sometimes on Mac. The beta apps tab won’t always show if Adobe hasn’t rolled it out to your account yet. Deleting the ServiceConfig file trick works on Windows but not always on macOS. Best bet is to sign out, reinstall Creative Cloud, i hope it works mate.

I had access to beta apps when I last had a subscription, i resubscribed recently and the beta tab is gone. I've tried signing out and reinstalling creative cloud multiple times. I'll just have to cancel my subscription I guess.
