"No se ha podido detectar el estado de tu suscripción"

Hola, buenos dias! Hace un tiempo estoy teniendo problema con Photoshop. Me aparece un cartel apenas lo abro que dice: "No se ha podido detectar el estado de tu suscripción". Estoy conectada a internet y he pagado el plan y aun así me sigue apareciendo el cartel cuando lo abro. ¿Me podrían ayudar?

    Hi @Keyword328267854yun we see your account so that should be good. Do you see the same thing with Ps release version or just Ps beta?  Try logging out of your CCD account, restart your computer and then log back in to CCD, does this solve this issue?
