Nothing loads; Got error message

Hello! When I try to load photoshop for web beta, I get a odd error message, which says "An unexpected error has occured. (Uncaught RangeError: WebAssembly.Memory(): could not allocate memory). 

 

My Chromebook has more than enough storage and RAM. So I'm confused on why this might be happening.

Sorry for the trouble opening Photoshop web. Can you provide the specs of your Chromebook?

Is this error seen just when opening Photoshop web? Or are you opening a particular file or new file?
