Only One Results Using Generative AI

I am not sure this is a bug becasue I think it has been occuring for a while.  When I use Generatve AI, I only get one version for the result instead of the expected three versions.  I am searching the internet for a solutions, but have not found it yet.  This is very frustrating, especially considering the high cost in credits to use some Generative AI models.

Also, I am having occasional Workspace issues.  I occasionally lose the keyboard shortcut for  these issues, even if I go back to prior Workspace again.

i did a complete uninsrtall of all abobe software using Creative Cloud and then he Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.  Total removal of everything!  Then, I reinstalled Creaetive Cloud and Photoshop (Beta).  I took this approach because I also was having some issues with Neural Filters not loading that I could not fix.

I still get only one version using Generative Fill, regardless of which model I select.  However, after the results are generated, I can choose to see more variations -- and that will produce three versions.  So, I guess I am paying full credits for each use, meaning it takes double credits to get at least three variations.  Also, for some reason, the second batch of variations seems no where near as good as the initial one.

The bottom line is that I was not able to fully resolve the issue even after a thorugh removal and reinstall of the program.  Not only is is frustrating, but I feel like I am getting ripped off a bit, which is especially disappointing bcause I pay for full freight Creative Cloud Pro (not cheap!) and have been a paid user of Photoshop for over 25 years!

In response to jane-e, yes, I was having the same issue with the released version.  I have not bothered to reinstall the released version since I did a complete uninstall and reinstall because I wanted to keep things as clean as possbile and limit chances for conflicts.  But the released version behaved exactly the same way.

Is this also happening in the Released version?

Photoshop Beta has their own forum. Here is the link:

I still am having the same issue, even after trying many different things, including a complete delete and re-install.  This is frustrating, and it is even worse that they are charging me credits but just giving me one version!  Can anybody help with this?

I am using Photosshop (Beta) v. 27.8.0.  I onluy get one version for Generative AI regardless of what model I use -- Abobe Firelfly or various partner models.  I removed the program and reinstalled it, but that did not help.  In the standard version (non-Beta version 27.7.0), I get three versiosn, as expected.  The problem with Beta versions started a few weeks ago.

That does sound like something is wrong.  You should definitely see results with the Firefly models. Harmonize also gives three results — what are you seeing when you use it?

The first option when things are actually broken rather than using the wrong workflow, is to reset Preferences.  If you only get one result with Harmonize, I would go straight to that option.  Maybe use the manual method to make sure.
