Parametric filter Problem

Whether i'm using PS (Beta) V25.4, I can't use the features in the new Parametric filter, Whenever I select any of the functions, PS will automatically shut down, I try many times with the same result.

Hope to get a solution to the problem as soon as possible, Thank You!

    Hi @khong huatc80866230 please update to Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.6.0 20240217.m.2506 d5ee5e5 arm64 or the newest, then:

     

    Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:
    /Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)
    /Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Photoshop\ \(Beta\)\ Settings (Mac)
C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop (Beta)\Adobe Photoshop (Beta) Settings )Win)
    Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut
    With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

      After updating Photoshop beta to version 25.4, every time I try to use the parametric filters, the application closes without an error message.

        Hi @belialy1 Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
