Parametric Filters not Showing

Parametric filters do not show up on any version of the Photoshop beta that are currently out. They are missing from the filters tab, and are greyed out when looked up in the search tab. I'm on a Microsoft Surface Pro, with a Snapdragon processor. 

I’ve reinstalled the beta, reset my preferences, confirmed I’m in an RGB 8bit channel, and tried a few other potential solutions (that haven’t worked...)

Any fixes?
