Pen Tool Frustrations

Hi Adobe PShop Team,

I usually don't worry about some going wonky, b/c a new update fixes... 

BUT, the last 3 updates have not corrected - and the last update was full of woes. So I'm writing you. 

My biggest bummer = when I use the pen tool, I now must go to *Inverse* (or use shortcut) to get the selection impacted (vs. all deleted except the area I've outlined with the pen tool. There *IS* a workaround, but it is still time consuming (and I sometimes forget - so more time, to correct - get as need).

I'm not sure this is a "Bug", but it does bug me.
