Photo restoration [Neural Filter]

Why can't I download the new Photo restoration [Neural Filter]? On YouTube there are many videos. My Beta files,are updated and version shows 23.5. On YouTube someone is using 23.5.9. I have checked for updates and seems I have the latest version.

Hi @Meado sorry to hear this.

  • Make sure you’ve downloaded the Photoshop (beta) from the beta apps tab of Creative Cloud desktop, and also that it’s the version of Photoshop that you’re opening. It’s the one with the White Ps logo instead of the blue logo.
  • Once in Photoshop beta, see if the Neural Filter is there for you.
