Photoshop 27.7 m2537 won't open Neural Filters windows.

I do not have this issue with the latest production version of PS, only with this particular beta. And yes, the problem persists with other images and then try to open the Neural filters. I get the same error. This is the first beta version where I've encountered an issue opening the Neural filters. I was able to solve the problem by stretching Photoshop over my two displays, and that seemed to give the space required for the neural filters to be enabled. I then resized my PS window over to a single monitor and the neural filters worked as they should. I believe this issue was caused by my previous use of 4K displays on my system. I've since switched back to my 2560 x 1440 displays and I think somehow the beta was still recognizing my display surface as 4K. I've included my Photoshop System Info file below.
