24.5 was released as a public update. Either install the general Photoshop release 24.5 or uninstall this beta and install the new one.

@Louis F Taljaard beta and release versions should not effect one another as they are stand alone apps and do not share between them.

 

We suggest you sign out and then back in to CCD, then launch Ps and make sure you are able to run as normal. If that works fine, launch Ps beta, the latest, and again try the workflow you normaly use and make sure your internet connection is not off when trying to sync data to the cloud.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:

/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Photoshop\ \(Beta\)\ Settings 

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut

With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

 

If this doesn't work, you could also sign out and back in to your CCD app and make sure you internet connection is stable while Ps syncs any files you have been working on with the cloud if you use that option.
