Photoshop Beta 27.8.0

Photoshop Beta 27.8.0 - Decontaminate Edge Issue

On this release, I am having issues enabling decontaminate edge in the refine mask window.  

Output is set to create a new layer with layer mask.  

• I have tried all other output options with the same result.  

Regardless of the settings I adjust in the refine mask window, decontaminate edge remains greyed out.  

This was not an issue on the previous versions.  

Has anyone experienced this issue and/or do you know of a solution?
