Hello, could you send me the photoshop beta file with AI Generate Fill bec
ause the creative cloud is not working for me, I can't turn it on and I was looking for what to do when the creative cloud doesn't work for me, but it doesn't work, I tried everything but it didn't work, so could you send me the subor where is the photoshop beta AI Generate Fill

Hi @asnrejasdf you need to have an Adobe subscription to have access to the beta.  We don't see any active subscriptions based on your Adobe ID email, do you have another one you use with your Adobe account?

@thierno19687174psit Could you share more of what you are trying to do when you saw this issue, what workflow or Ps version are you trying to use?

 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Try resetting the CC App. Make sure it's in the foreground, then press: 

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R 

Mac: Cmd + Opt + R 

 

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:

Hi @asnrejasdf we cannot send you download files for the Beta. Even if we could, you still need Creative Cloud working to manage the software.

What is wrong with Creative Cloud that it is not working for you? Do you have a stable internet connection? Do you get an error when attempting to open.
