Photoshop (Beta) export and export as not working

Photoshop (Beta) 24.1.0, MAC Ventura 13.0.1

 

After working on an image Export > Quick export as JPG and Export > Export As do not work.

 

The sub menus disappear and I am back at the main editing window,

 

I have rebooted and still the same issue on whatever file types opened.

    Hi @AndrewPaulCooper5919847, thank you for letting us know what you are seeing. Testing here seems to be working. Could you share a screen recording of what you are seeing?

     

    Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:

    /Users/yoourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Photoshop\ \(Beta\)\ Settings 

    Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut

    With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

     

     

    It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

      Please assist if possible, in experiencing the same issue. Can't save anything nor can I export.

      Just do this as Cory told us: With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.
