Photoshop Beta Issue with "Export As" visual display is very small

Hi! I am on a HDTV monitor with hdmi connection.  The preview image does not expand as it does in the regular Photoshop. Choosing the plus % button brings the image closer, but does not expand the image container.  Note I don’t have this problem in the non-beta Photoshop. installed the beta about 3 days ago.
