Photoshop Beta keeps crashing unexpectedly

As the title reads, my photoshop beta keeps crashing out of the blue. I cant seem to find any specific reason, it just happens very often and at any time. I dont even get an adobe "error promp", only a system window saying "Adobe photoshop application quit unexpectedly".

When I try to press "Send report...", nothing happens? This has been happening for a few months now and it does not seem to matter if I updrage/reinstall photoshop. I have also tried resetting preferences when you boot up the application.

This does not happen with any other adobe application, only Photoshop Beta.

 

Im working on Mac OS Sonoma 14.5 and Photoshop Beta version 25.10, but as I said this has been happing for some time now, even with earlier versions of Ps Beta and before I installed Sonoma.

@Jasmina5CE9 could you download the recent Ps beta release and see if this issue still happens? Launch your CCD app ad go to apps, then click the check for updates and download: Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.10.0 20240602.m.2640 211b761 arm64

 

IF you still see this crash issue, please note what steps/workflow you were doing when it happened so we can try to recreate it here.

I tried reseting Prefs but it still happens...

Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Photoshop\ \(Beta\)\ Settings (Mac)


C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop (Beta)\Adobe Photoshop (Beta) Settings


Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut
With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
