Photoshop Beta making entire Creative Cloud suite unstable

I was having an issue where any time I tried opening an Adobe software (didn't matter which one) it would immediately crash and bug out my whole computer. Any action I took on the computer was immediately canceled. This included trying to go to the start menu or open the task manager. The only way to reset was to power off the computer.

It seems this problem is due to Photoshop Beta being installed on my computer. Once I uninstalled it, everything went back to normal. I never was trying to open Photoshop Beta at any point so it seems that just having it installed is enough to send Creative Cloud into a spiral.
