    Hi @Maria Alejand37443669ac6i do you have any issues with Ps release version, or is this just with Ps beta?

     

    Have you been using Ps beta in the past and only now have this issue? I know you shared screenshots of your sysinfo in the error message, but we may need them here to be able to help.

     

    Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.  If you can not even launch Ps beta, try rolling back a version and see if that work to be able to get the application to open.
