Photoshop (Beta) preferences pop-up

After uninstalling Photoshop (Beta) i keep getting a pop-up window from Creative Cloud asking me what I want to do with my Photoshop (Beta) preferences. No matter what I choose (Keep or discard), I keep getting the same pop-up every 30 min, and it can be very distracting at times.

Any solutions to this issue?

Hacing this same problem, and it's popping up every few minutes. Reinstalling and uninstalling does nothing. It's now significantly impacting my workflow! Any solutions?

Are you both windows? If so try going to the exe file for PS shift+Right-click and run as administrator. Does the pop up continue in this mode?

Windows, yes. I downloaded the Cloud Uninstall app and ran a Repair about an hour ago. No pop ups since, cautiously optimistic. It's CC that seems to be the problem. If it's relevant I installed the beta version alongside my regular install to demo the Generative Fill tool, that's the one I'm uninstalling. My regular install is operating normally.
