Photoshop(Beta) problems

When I downloaded the new version of Photoshop with AI, I get this error when I make a request: --Access to Firefly technology is restricted for you due to violation of our terms of use. For more information, see the “Frequently Asked Questions” page -. I just downloaded the program and did nothing else and only took my photo for editing. I am not in Russia. What should I do?
