Photoshop (Beta) Remove Background/Select Subject

Using Photoshop (Beta) 25.12.0 (MAC)

Just recently the Remove Background and Select Subject are selecting (masking) the whole image. I've tried different photo's with various backgounds (simple to complex) but getting the same issue.

Has the feature process changed or is this a glitch?
