Photoshop Beta V 25.1 won't open

I installed the latest version (25.1) but still have the same problem.

Hi @shinssu276981021ex1 are you on any sort of network that can restrict betas, edu or enterprise?

You may need to also try to clean out any files that could be preventing the launch:
