Photoshop Beta version 27.3: the reference image upload with prompt not working

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with Photoshop Beta version 27.3: the reference image upload feature (used in Generate Image / Generative Fill) stopped working. What I’ve tried so far: Uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop Beta; Updating via Creative Cloud (currently on version 27.3); Testing in different files/projects; Checking system permissions. None of these worked.

System configuration: Lenova all in PC,

OS: Windows 11 home single 64-bit

GPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10210U CPU @ 1.60GHz (2.10 GHz),

8.00 GB Ram, 500gb SSD,

Desktop-Windows

Hi @GOUTHAM38024013x7e4 make sure you are selecting the top FF model as @IrinaM1 mentioned. Also, please share your full sysinfo: Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Its showing error as - Prompt not available with refernce object

Could you give us more information about it? Is it disabled so you can't upload reference image? Or you can select reference but it doesn't generate good results?

if it's disabled - make sure you have "Firefly Fill & Expand" model selected in model picker. Click on the button next to prompt/reference image icon, and select Firefly Fill & Expand"
