Photoshop Beta with Nano Banana

Has Adobe stopped allowing downloads of the latest Photoshop Beta?   I tried (and tried!) to download it, but it never appears in my Creative Cloud, even after following these instructions:  https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/photoshop-beta-desktop-app.html 

I have the Photographer plan.
