Photoshop beta won't start for months now

Today i became to know that more people has an issue with PS beta.
It starts but not showing the splash screen and crashes.

Adobe is for more then 5 months busy to investigate, and now they are telling me perhaps beter to re-install windows because they think it is an WIndows issue.
i'm not agree with that solution.
 

Are there people around who has the same issue or perhaps it is already resolved?
