Photoshop bug leaves white spots on the photo

Hello friends, thank you for telling me why this happens to my photoshop all the time?
Two days ago, I was working very easily with artificial intelligence, and today I have a lot of time to work again
I saw white spots falling in my image
When I got the output, I saw that it was here too
What is the reason? How can I fix it?
This is my project sheet that I have to deliver tomorrow

    Hi @saghar5FEC does this happen with all images you work on or just this one?

     

    We don't see your Adobe subscription listed, do you have one or another email that you use?

     

    It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
