What happens if you draw a new image on your iPad, save it and then open it on the desktop, same issue?

 

Again, please share your iPad Ps version as well as your desktop version.

Thanks for your response.

I am able to open the file on desktop but for example if I completed a
drawing of a kid on my ipad, when I open it on my desktop (even though it
says that it was updated 2 minutes ago) I see half of the kid that I drew..
not the whole drawing.

Hi @bilgekobak sorry to hear this. The first thing is to make sure your desktop and ipad are using the same Adobe account/login.

 

Once you save a .psd to the cloud it becomes a .psdc file, and in the saving process if your internet is disrupted you may bet the conflict file because Ps was trying to save to the cloud, and if not will save another file with that name/extension.

 

Are you able to save ANY files from your iPad to the cloud and then open them on your desktop, or is it this one file that is not working?  What version of Ps do you have on the iPad and desktop?
